Man, I have been so bad about blogging lately... Too much going on.. But I need to keep you all up to date.

A few weeks ago I did Nicole + Kevin' s wedding. They heard about me through a friend from school Lindsey,who by the way is a hair stylist + goes on location for weddings! So if your looking for someone to do your hair on your wedding day. I highly recommend her!!! {she did all the hair for the girls in this wedding + did a STELLER job!}

Ok go back to Nicole + Kevin. They planned a beautiful wedding in Ct from Atlanta.... I just love photographing couples that are so in love with one another their smiles are contagious.... You can just feel the love in the air.

Best of 2008:: Weddings

The other day I was cleaning and filing my work from 2008 + decided to put together some images of my fav images from the year. 2008 was a great year for me. I finally bit the bullet and went full time with my business. It was a little scary and may not have been the right time but when is there ever a right time for anything? 2008 was very successful and full of lots of learning curves. I'm really looking forward to my 2009 season, experimenting having fun + providing the best quality of products that I can for everyone. I have some amazing - incredible brides + grooms this year!!! Whose Wedding is it Anyway?

Tomorrow I will be shooting a wedding with Michelle from Michelle Wade Photography. Im really excited about shooting this wedding. One because its supposed to snow tomorrow and I can't wait to do pics in the snow!!! Second, because we found out a few weeks back that this couple got chosen to be on the season 9 of style networks reality wedding series "Whose Wedding is it Anyway".

James + Mandy:: Tie the Knot

So I finally got sit down and post James + Mandy's wedding. This journey has been really exciting for me. Making me want to find my prince!!! lol (which I think i might have found!! ; ) From introducing James and Mandy to one another and seeing their relationship grow as one. To hiding in Providence waiting for James to Propose to Mandy, a Love shoot with the 2 kids (Cooper + Owen) + now their wedding.
To see all the details and hard work put together this day made it all worth it!!! Huh, Mandy?
Mandy was such a gorgeous bride. It was great to be part of the wedding as well as shooting the wedding too! Come on now you think I wouldn't bring my camera for this one?!? Wrong-o. Is that even a word? Thats one thing why I love shooting wedding I love to see the love between two people. I Love, Love. Its a beautiful thing to share with someone.
To see my brothers eyes light up as he saw the women of his dreams walk down the aisle, made me tear up. His smile never left his face all day. I'm soo happy to see my brother with someone who can make him happy day in + day out. And I'm soo glad to give her the opportunity now to deal with his jokes, his smells and his mess!! Lol Love you both so very much!!!
Anyways I put together some work that Miranda and I shot from the wedding. This is just a piece of the images that we shot!! Thank you Mirn! Enjoy!

Mr. + Mrs. Lovendale

Ok..... So I finally got to sit down and write about one of my FAVE weddings I shot this year.
I met Jess when I was an advertising photographer for UNFI. Jess came aboard as my assistant. We had such a blast working together! Dancing, goofing off and shooting in the studio as well as getting work done- boy do I miss those days!! As time went by we became really good friends. She is one of the sweetest, caring people I have ever met. Always there for you no matter what, to listen, to be a friend + to make you laugh all the time!!!
When Jess was planning her wedding she had asked me to be her photographer! I was estatic that she had asked me!! I love when I can photograph a friends or family wedding. To see two people who are in Love + want to spend the rest of their lives together as one. Love like Carrie +Big. Seeing all the emotion + love they have for one another, gets me in teared behind the camera as I'm photographing them during their special moment. As they meet each other for the first time walking down the aisle. Him smiling at her as tears roll down her eyes. And this is why I love what I do......

Michelle (from Michelle Wade) + I arrived on Friday to attend the rehearsal dinner at The Ocean Cliff in Newport, RI. What a beautiful venue!! I highly recommend them.
The wedding was held at Bell Mer. This venue was breath taking. Due to the rain, which brings good luck to couple on their wedding day, we had everything held inside. I don't think a eye was dry, including mine, during the ceremony. We hit up H2O for some after hour drinks, food + dancing.
Thank you Jess + Keith for having us come and spend time with you, your family + friends on such a special + + amazing day! Congrats to both of you!! Love you guys!

Anne + Anthony

So I finally got to sit down and finish Anne + Tony's back yard wedding. This was an emotional one for me. I was soo glad that I got to witness my best friend getting married. Anne + Tony were supposed to go to Mexico and e-lope but instead they had a very intimate ceremony with just their parents attending.
Tonys parents arrive thinking that we are all going to dinner to celebrate Anne + Tony getting married. Tony introduced everyone to one another and mentions the JP, to his parents as his Mom bursts out "Anthony Michael!" With tears of joy going down her cheeks not expecting this at all. She was soo excited to be there to watch her son get married. Anne's Ma arrives thinking the same thing, we are going to dinner. Then Anne cames around the corner with a veil and a white beach dress, Nancy was in total shock as well!! On that note,
